Payments Are Non-Refundable
By enrolling in our program or purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the time, energy, and resources invested in delivering our programs, as well as the proprietary nature of the materials and support provided.
Exceptions to the Refund Policy
Refunds will only be considered if:
- We, as the service provider, fail to deliver or fulfill the agreed-upon services as outlined during the enrollment process or in our program details.
- Any refund issued will be at our sole discretion and will be calculated based on the portion of services that we failed to deliver on.

Client Responsibility
We believe that client success is a partnership, and active participation is a key component of achieving results. As such, it is the client’s responsibility to:
- Actively participate, create consistent effort, and provide open communication with us if problems arise.
- If at any time Client is unable to participate in the program, they are encouraged to notify Stressless Eating promptly to discuss potential options (e.g., rescheduling or transferring services, if applicable). All issues and concerns must be communicated in a timely manner.
