Refund Policy
Because of the deeply personal, transformational nature of this work and the limited number of clients I work with at any given time to ensure the highest quality of support, all program enrollments are considered final.
Seven-Day Recourse Period
You have seven days from the date of enrollment to request a refund if you determine that the program is not aligned with what was presented during our enrollment conversation or if there is a clear mismatch between what was promised and what is being delivered.
To request a refund within this seven-day window, please email support@LeanneEllington.com with “Refund Request” in the subject line.
Why This Policy Exists
When you enroll, you are reserving one of a limited number of spots for the full duration of your program (typically 16 weeks). This means that for the entire time you are enrolled, I cannot offer that spot to another woman who is ready to do this work.
Our enrollment process is intentionally thorough—we have multiple in-depth conversations before you make a decision to move forward—so that you can make a fully informed choice about whether this program is right for you. Before we ever discuss pricing, I make sure you are mentally, emotionally, and spiritually invested in healing this lifelong struggle. Once you enroll, you are making a commitment to yourself and to the process, and I am making a commitment to hold that space for you.
Life Happens
I understand that unexpected circumstances arise—grief, illness, family emergencies, work demands. If you need to pause your program for any reason, please reach out. We can work together to create a plan that honors where you are while also honoring the commitment you made to yourself when you enrolled.
This work doesn’t go away on its own. It doesn’t get easier with time. It gets worse. The hiding gets deeper. The shame gets heavier. The control food has over you gets stronger. And the circumstances that make it feel impossible to prioritize yourself right now are often the very reasons you need this work more than ever.

I take your privacy seriously. Any personal information you share with me—whether through enrollment forms, email, Voxer, or coaching calls—is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared, sold, or distributed to third parties.

When you enroll in a program or sign up for my email list, I collect basic contact information (name, email address, and any additional details you provide during our conversations). This information is used solely to deliver the program, provide support, and communicate with you about your enrollment.
