Most women think they need to make a CHOICE

— SPACER —

Either live in a body they DON’T like -OR-
Hate who they have to be, what they have to do,
or how they have to feel to get the one they DO want.

— SPACER —

But there’s a little-known third option.

— SPACER —

Because you shouldn’t have to sacrifice your HAPPINESS for your HEALTH.

— SPACER —

Every woman deserves to know what life is like
when you ditch the restriction, control, punishment, and obsession

— SPACER —

…and break out of the food & body prison FOR GOOD.

— SPACER —

You don’t need a new ‘kickass’ workout plan. And you certainly don’t need another diet…

[/text_block]

You need a new way of THINKING

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”center” font_size=”29″]

Stressless Eating™  was designed to help modern-day women
on a body transformation journey get there easier,
stay there longer, and enjoy it MUCH more
by merely changing her thoughts.

Change the game by changing the conversation…

Because what you say really is more important than what you do.

The Way You Think About Food Will Either Keep You
Locked In A Food Prison…Or Become the Key That Sets You FREE.

A Modern-Day Gal’s Road To PERMANENT Food Freedom:

— SPACER —

— SPACER —

  • Without weighing and measuring your foods or counting calories.
  • Without restricting, controlling, or depriving yourself.
  • Without sacrificing your happiness for your health.
  • Without SUFFERING to ‘lose the weight’ only to gain it all back within a week

“This program was about self-love. Stressless Eating is about healing.”

“The focus of Stressless Eating was totally different.  I’ve done all the weight-loss programs. I’ve tortured myself with gym memberships that I hated, punished my body for not stepping in line, punished myself for being “weak-willed” or “gluttonous” or “lazy”.  None of that is true.

This program was about self-love. Stressless Eating is about healing; healing relationships, with yourself first (and thereby others); healing your thinking so that you always have a tool available to shift your perspective in a positive way and healing (and therefore banishing) that inner voice that is always tearing you down. I speak much more kindly to myself now….even when I AM having the second slice of pizza.”

Get Off the Diet Roller-Coaster Once and For All.

Without needing years of therapy or opening up
an emotional “can of worms” to do it!

Does this sound like you?

  • Do you struggle with overeating — whether that’s binge-eating, stress eating, mindless eating, or emotional eating?
  • Do you ALWAYS think about food? (Whether it’s daydreaming about it because you’re STARVING, obsessing over it because you’re tracking or counting it, or judging yourself before, during, or after you eat– -does it feel like food controls YOU more than you control it?
  • Does food (and your body) stress you out or cause you guilt, remorse, shame, unease, sadness, or any other ‘negative’ emotions?
  • Do you always feel like you’re one knee-jerk reaction away from being pint-deep in a tub of Ben and Jerry’s caught up in a Facebook binge?
  • Do you feel like you’ve spent a lifetime (and a lot of time, effort, and money) dieting, exercising, and doing ‘the work’ on yourself, but a REAL solution still eludes you?
  • Do you see other women getting the results and successes that you want, but you’re clueless how they’re doing it (and it’s really frustrating!)

Do you feel like you’ve tried EVERYTHING, and you’re terrified of trying and failing again because nothing has ever worked?

-BUT-

  • You also know that you simply cannot take another diet, exercise program or whatever the latest ‘quick-fix’ is. You’re exhausted. You’re overwhelmed. And you’re so friggen’ FED UP of all the counting, measuring, hunger, and beating yourself up.

Something HAS to change!

Here’s the thing:

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”27″]I could show you how to perfectly track your calories, manipulate your ‘macros’, and dial in your food intake…

But that’s no way to eat.

I could tell you exactly how many reps and sets to complete, how to train harder & faster, or how to tweak your workouts…

But that’s a game that can’t be won.

I could motivate even the most unmotivated woman, hold your ‘feet to the fire’ for accountability, and help you manage your willpower in order to stay the course longer…

But that’s no way to live.[/text_block]

…Not if you want to have a life you LOVE.

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”27″]Who cares if you get to a certain weight, wear a certain size, or look a certain way…[/text_block]
  • If you still don’t like what you see

-OR-

  • If you hate what you have to do, who you have to be, or how you have to feel to get that body.
[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”27″]You shouldn’t have to live like this (locked in a food prison), and you shouldn’t have to sacrifice your HEALTH for your HAPPINESS (or your HAPPINESS for your HEALTH)…[/text_block]

Hi, I’m Leanne!

[/text_block]

— SPACER —

I’ve been dieting since I was a little kid…

— SPACER —

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”27″]I got taken to My first Weight Watchers meeting when I was 8 years old.[/text_block]
— SPACER —
[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”23″ font_font=”Raleway”]

8 Years Old!

[/text_block]

— SPACER —
[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”27″]…and from there on out, food became PERSONAL. Food also became EMOTIONAL.

It’s also when I started viewing food as something that needed to be weighed, measured, accounted for, obsessed over, or fit into a category of “good/bad”, “right/wrong”, “healthy/unhealthy”, “on-plan” or “off-plan”….

…and it just got worse from there.[/text_block]

— SPACER —

— SPACER —
— SPACER —
[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”27″]And finally at the ripe ol’ age of 20 (after I shattered a glass-top table at a party in college and had my first ‘enough is enough’ moment), I decided I was ready to do “whatever it took” to lose the weight.[/text_block]
— SPACER —
[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”23″ font_font=”Raleway”]

For the next few years I went at it with a vengeance!

[/text_block]

— SPACER —
  • I became a master at weighing, measuring, calculating every morsel of food that touched my lips…
  • I became the queen of restricting myself, depriving myself, and trying to ‘outsmart’ my hunger. ..
  • I became obsessed with exercising, ‘burning calories’, and trying to out-work what I was eating.
— SPACER —
[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”23″ font_font=”Raleway”]

And it worked! It worked like gangbusters!

[/text_block]

— SPACER —
[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”23″ font_font=”Raleway”]

I lost close to 100 lbs., and I felt like a completely different woman…

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”23″ font_font=”Raleway”]

…and that’s when I met the woman that would change EVERYTHING.

— SPACER —
[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”27″ font_font=”PT%20Sans%20Narrow”]In walks Laura.

She’s 42. Overfed, undernourished, and totally desperate to change.

She was the ‘perfect’ client.

Enthusiastic. Never missed a workout. Followed my nutrition plan to the Tee.

Day 42 of bootcamp comes around, and she is beyond thrilled about the woman she has become.

She almost didn’t recognize herself in her ‘after’ pictures.

She’s confident, walking differently, talking differently, looking differently!

But little by little that twinkle in her eye fizzled.

4 workouts a week turned into 1.

Following the nutrition plan turned into “sort of” following it.

It wasn’t long before she came in to talk to me.

“Leanne I NEED another 6 week challenge! I can’t do this without it! When is it? I need it!”[/text_block]

— SPACER —
[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”23″ font_font=”Raleway”]

I felt myself getting defensive and irritated.

[/text_block]

— SPACER —
[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”27″ font_font=”PT%20Sans%20Narrow”]I knew that if I put her through another challenge, 6 weeks later, we’d be standing right here all over again!

I took it as a sign that I wasn’t doing enough to help her.

I took responsibility for her situation, and set up the next 6 week challenge.

And another…

And another…

Until one day I walked in to check on my challengers — now training with a team I’ve hired to work for me—I noticed Laura limping!

I vividly remember her justifications …

“Oh it’s no big deal”

“I felt a bit of a twinge during some lunges last week, so it’s probably from that. I’m taking it easy though today…gonna go a bit lighter.”

(As she looks over at her pair of 20 lb dumbbells compared to the pair of 25s she had been using. That was her idea of “taking it easy”)

In that moment I had a flashback…[/text_block]

— SPACER —
[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”23″ font_font=”Raleway”]

4 years before this, I’m going into surgery,
counting backwards from 100…

[/text_block]

— SPACER —

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”27″ font_font=”PT%20Sans%20Narrow”]My anesthesiologist has me counting backwards from 100 as the surgical team gets ready to go in microscopically and remove the calcified, hardened disc fluid that had been sitting on my nerves for the past 8 months.

A procedure I endearingly call, the Cost of Skinny…

I was so focused on getting ‘skinny’ or ‘lean’ or ‘toned’ or ‘hot’ or whatever words ruled my brain at the time, that I didn’t pay attention or what my body was begging me to do.

If only I had listened to the screams from my body to “slow down!”, “chill out!”,  “and while you’re at it, go eat a friggen sandwich Leanne!”, maybe it could have all been avoided.

But I didn’t care! I just wanted to be skinny and beautiful. And no back pain or injury or pesky flare-up was gonna stop me!

Until it finally did stop me.

It didn’t just stop me—it landed me on an operating table at the Cleveland Clinic for major spine surgery at the ripe ol’ age of 25.

But that was just the tip of the iceberg![/text_block]

I locked myself inside a food prison.

  • The Food Prison that had me chained to the handcuffs of restriction, deprivation, control, and OBSESSING over every morsel of food that touched my lips…
[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”27″ font_font=”PT%20Sans%20Narrow”]…or (when I couldn’t possibly take it any longer) veering over to the OPPOSITE side:

Care-free abandonment, eating everything in sight, feeding my sugar addictions, and using food to comfort, distract, or numb myself. (And then of course the cascade of guilt, shame, and self-loathing that would follow suit).[/text_block]

  • The Body Prison where I felt like I was where I felt like I was walking around in a body that wasn’t mine — like the outsides didn’t match the insides — but I felt powerless to change.
[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”27″ font_font=”PT%20Sans%20Narrow”]A prison of wearing ‘fat clothes’, covering my body with cardigans, and refusing to wear shorts or tank tops (or god forbid be seen in a bathing suit!) even when it was 95 degrees outside!

Not to mention allowing my body to be THE barrier that kept me from feeling truly beautiful.[/text_block]

— SPACER —

There I was: The body I had always ‘dreamed’ of…but TRAPPED inside a prison of my own making. Heart-broken. Devastated. Desperate for a solution, but hopeless I would ever find one…

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”27″ font_font=”PT%20Sans%20Narrow”]But the most painful part was…[/text_block]
— SPACER —
  • The Shame Prison where I was outright ashamed that (after decades on this planet) I was STILL fighting food, STILL hating my body, and STILL stuck on this hamster wheel.
[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”27″ font_font=”PT%20Sans%20Narrow”]I felt like a fraud — like if anyone ever “found me out” they would see how “messed up” or crazy I really was.

And of course there was the shame that followed me around every single day because of the identity that I had created about my struggles — that I WAS my body, that I WAS my addictions, that I WAS a failure.

And of course…[/text_block]

  • A ‘Fat Head’ that (no matter how much weight I lost or how ‘successful’ I became) my Self-Image saw me through the goggles ‘fat’, ‘not good enough’, a ‘failure’, ’embarrassing’.

Back to the present, I see Laura hobbling in pain…

— SPACER —

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”27″ font_font=”PT%20Sans%20Narrow”]…watching her walk to her water bottle during her 1 min rest interval, and it was in those moments of clarity, that I realized:[/text_block]
— SPACER —

“Whoa! This struggle is not just unique to me”…

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”27″ font_font=”PT%20Sans%20Narrow”]Every woman that feels stuck on the diet and Weight Loss ‘Roller Coaster’ is paying their own Cost of Skinny too! And that roller coaster has some major costs![/text_block]
— SPACER —
— SPACER —

— SPACER —
— SPACER —
  • The cost of constantly weighing, measuring, calculating…
  • The cost of stressing, guessing, and OBSESSING…
  • The cost of all the judgment, self-criticism, self-loathing, and shame…
  • The cost of valuing yourself based on how much you weigh or how much you ate that day…
  • The cost of being trapped in a PRISON — the body prison, the food prison, the prison that you can’t escape.
— SPACER —
[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”27″ font_font=”PT%20Sans%20Narrow”]And I knew that if I didn’t do something about what I was seeing, pretty soon my clients would be paying their own Cost of Skinny too.

Right then and there, I decided to change everything—to go from the business of body to the business of the brain…[/text_block]

— SPACER —

Long Story A Little Less Long…

— SPACER —

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”27″]I had my next big epiphany and I realized that I was never going to be able to out-diet, out-work, or out-smart my Self-Image — that I was always going to end up right back in alignment with the wiring in my BRAIN. [/text_block]
— SPACER —

So I made a BOLD decision.

— SPACER —
— SPACER —
  • I vowed to DITCH all the band-aids, quick-fixes, and the motivational rah-rah, and take a more scientific approach to my struggles and really go heal this thing for good.
  • I went on a journey and I healed my relationship with food, and I healed my relationship with my body.
  • I decided I was done being a total bitch to myself — judging myself, comparing myself, trying to ‘perfect’ myself.
— SPACER —

I decided to get off the Roller Coaster once and for all.

— SPACER —
[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”27″]Because THAT’S what was weighing me down, bogging me down, and perpetuating the problem.[/text_block]

— SPACER —

— SPACER —
— SPACER —
[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”27″]My body weight wasn’t the REAL weight — the real weight was all this other ‘stuff’ that I had been carrying around with me.[/text_block]
— SPACER —
  • 1

    The ‘Weight’ of the Fight

All the restriction, deprivation, punishment, persuasion, and STRESS that typically comes alongside food and dieting.

— SPACER —
  • 2

    The ‘Weight’ of Your Inner-Bitch

The harsh judgements, self-criticism, guilt, shame, blame, comparison-itus, and perfectionism in our Self-Image & Self-Talk that typically comes alongside food and dieting.

— SPACER —
  • 3

    The ‘Weight’ of the Stress

All the physical, mental, or emotional stress that (if not released or addressed) TRIGGERS your deepest-engrained habits…and causes you to REACT.

— SPACER —
  • 4

    The ‘Weight’ of Waiting

‘Waiting for the Weight’ to BE who you want to be, DO what you want to do, or live the life that you REALLY want to live.

— SPACER —

The ‘Weight of the Weight’ was the REAL problem.

— SPACER —
— SPACER —
[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”27″]And once I ditched THAT weight (and of course created a better strategy), that’s when the resistance faded and the healing began.

THAT is when happiness, peace-of-mind, and freedom finally showed up for me.[/text_block]

— SPACER —
— SPACER —
— SPACER —

— SPACER —
[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”27″]So over time I started incorporating THAT into the work I was doing with my clients — ditching the excess ‘Weight of the Weight’ — because that’s what weighed them down as well.

And one by one, we ditched the ‘Weight of the Weight’ together…[/text_block]

  • 1

    Ditch the Fight

Wave the white flag. Meet your body again. Meet food again. Become your own solution, your own heroine, your own problem-solver…but this time START at freedom, peace of mind, and enjoyment.

— SPACER —
  • 2

    Ditch the Bitch

Call a truce. Earn back your own trust. Let the love back in. Set yourself free.

— SPACER —
  • 3

    Ditch the Stress

Get a better strategy – one where you stress LESS about food. Stress LESS about your body. Stress LESS in your head. Stress LESS in your heart.

— SPACER —
  • 4

    Ditch the Waiting

Start living NOW. Don’t wait for things to get better on their own or for someone to WANT it for you or DO it for you. Start taking radical ownership of your health NOW, and you’ll reap the benefits FOREVER.

— SPACER —
— SPACER —
[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”27″]So you can probably  imagine that after working with 1000’s of other women, I started noticing some undeniable patterns. I was able to distill it down and see what was working for me…but also what was working for my top achieving clients…and who they were BEING that the other women weren’t.

That’s when I started honing in what would eventually become my Stressless Eating System.

And the rest (as they say) is history :)[/text_block]

What is the ‘Weight of the Weight’ costing YOU?

— SPACER —
  • Always thinking about food, worrying about it, stressing it.
  • All the things you’re not doing, not being, the life you’re not living.
  • Your relationship with food stealing your HEALTH, your HAPPINESS, and your SANITY!
— SPACER —
[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”27″]What if you didn’t have to live like that any more? What if there was a better way? A simpler, easier, PERMANENT way – that you actually LOVED?[/text_block]
— SPACER —

A language you learned one time…and had forever.

— SPACER —
— SPACER —

“The investment in Stressless Eating is one that will eliminate the need to invest in any diet program ever again.”

“I spent all my life – either woefully overweight, or woefully thinking I was overweight — desperately seeking help to get the weight off. I used food to comfort and to numb out. When nothing else was there to comfort me, food was always there. I didn’t like my body, and there was a huge disconnect between my mind, my body, and my spirit.

I have spent thousands of dollars and lost (and gained) hundreds of pounds.  Every other program I’ve ever done has always been about the food – and about measuring, and about restrictions. No other program ever addressed what was happening within me, and the constant conflict between my mind and my body. The investment in Stressless Eating is one that will eliminate the need to invest in any diet program, ever again. I almost can’t remember where I was before I started the program – the transformation has been that dramatic.”
