How It Works:
Every single week, we are going to have an official weekly check-in. I've set up a structured, ritualized check-in process, where not only do we get to make sure you're guided, supported, directed, and CLEAR.....but also this is where anything you're not clear on, you ask, and I answer -- there's nothing you won't walk away with clarity around.
I suggest spending approximately 10 to 15 minutes completing your check-in and answering the check-in questionnaire. The more time and detail you provide when checking in, the more you will get out of your coaching experience.
Remember this is your opportunity to ask questions and learn. Questions can be anything relating to the modules, the tools, or the explorations that you’re currently working on. BUT.... they can also be more personal (such as work stress or mental/emotional health).
As you are learning, you are a 3-dimensional woman, and it's all interrelated and has a role to play in the success of your journey.
All you have to do is click on the link to your weekly questionnaire, fill that out, and after you've answered the questions, it will automatically redirect you to the page where you can start recording your voice check-in.
Recording Your Voice Check-In Via Voxer OR Speakpipe.
Reporting your weekly update and sharing comments about your week is simple! Rather than using email or text to communicate, we will be using voice messages to share updates, wins, and questions.
If you prefer to use your cell phone, you'll want to download a walkie-talkie app called Voxer which gives you the option to record your weekly update with your voice. One thing I love about THIS app for check-ins is: After you graduate, you'll now have a designated place to go back and listen to your check-ins PLUS my responses. (PLUS....this app allows longer time limits for recording, so you can share as much as you want!) It's a great tool, and I think you'll like it!
But if you prefer to communicate using a desktop or laptop, Speakpipe is best for this.
Weekly Check-In Due Date:
Tuesdays are check-in days! That gives you a couple of days after the weekend to let things simmer, decide where you need support, and check in with me personally
Check-ins are due by 12 PM CST, every single Tuesday. Please have your weekly check-in completed for me by 12 PM CST every single Tuesday. (Please check the time difference if you’re not located in CST).
If your report is received on time, you will receive a response that same day (by Tuesday evening). If your check in is not received by 12 PM noon on Tuesday, I cannot guarantee that your update will be responded to you within the normal 24 hour your time period.
How to let me know that you’ve done it?
All you have to do is go to your weekly-check in form (see below), fill out the form, and then it will redirect you to Voxer to send your voice update. I will receive notifications from both programs and get your update directly once submitted. No need to let me know.
It’s likely you’re gonna have a lot of questions to ask, and I love answering questions!
You are welcome to consolidate all of your questions into your weekly check-in, but you also have access to the help desk and my personal voicemail throughout the week to get anything answered. (all those links are located further down this page)
Anytime, no matter where you are, no matter how stuck you are , no matter what happens, I will always be there to help you….because I know how crucial support really is for this journey....and I don't want you to have to wait to get the help that you need. Click a button, record a message, and I'll respond within 24-48 hours.
You also have access to 1-1 calls with me as needed. So for example, we might be coaching throughout the week about something that I feel might be best for us to hop on the phone, and if that's the case, then that's what we we will do!
You have access to a special calendar where you can just book yourself right in as you are directed throughout your weekly coaching check-ins, this is where you will book yourself directly into my calendar.
